Well, because 90% of our sales come from where the buffalo roam we have set our currency in US DOLLARS. Sorry my fellow Canadians, it just saves a mountain of paperwork. And hey, the exchange rate is quite agreeable now!

And no, don't be silly and click "buy" here, I am not going to sell you a US Dollar!!

Okay, hopefully this is clear as mud. We are running everything through PAYPAL. So, if you have an account - that's great! If you don't have an account - that's great too!

PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD - you will be directed to the Paypal site and they will probably invite you to open a Paypal account, but you don't have to. There is a button to push to just pay for your purchase with your credit card without having to set up an account. IT'S EASY!!

Or, if you feel more comfortable, you can call us directly and give us your credit card info over the phone. We will process it on our machine securely. Call Henry toll free at 888-833-8322 (ext # 1). Leave a message if there is no answer and we will call you back for the card and order information.

I know some people don't like Paypal for their own reasons. We chose them because as a seller, it is the cheapest option for the volume we are doing. If we set up our own web accounts with the card companies we incur monthly fees and higher transaction commissions. Paypal is easy and affordable and we are able to pass those savings on to you.

Shipping and Delivery

Unfortunately we don't have the cool retro delivery wagon pictured here but we do send out all our products via trackable insured parcel post. Yes, a mouthful but cost effective. This kind of service can take up to nine business days depending on where you are in Canada or the USA.

Return Policy

Our only stipulation with returns is that you pay the return postage on the item as well as the re-shipping charge on the replacement item. Otherwise, yes, we will take it back. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Unless you live in Canada, PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BY COURIER LIKE UPS OR FEDEX!!!!!!!!!! We will get absolutely slaughtered on duty and brokerage charges. Even if you do submit the necessary documents saying that it is a "Made in Canada" product that is being returned, they usually miss it and they would still charge us brokerage and dispursements and taxes anyway. We need to pay about $130.00 to the Government/courier if a single jacket is returned, sick, isn't it. It is not worth changing because we would have to pay a $75 "change" fee and submit a mountain of paperwork.

Anyway, bottom line is, use the POSTAL SYSTEM, it is inexpensive, reliable and there are no duties or brokerage charges.
