Otherwise, yes, we will take it back. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unless you live in Canada, PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BY COURIER LIKE UPS OR FEDEX!!!!!!!!!! We will get absolutely slaughtered on duty and brokerage charges. Even if you do submit the necessary documents saying that it is a "Made in Canada" product that is being returned, they usually miss it and they would still charge us brokerage and dispursements and taxes anyway. We need to pay about $130.00 to the Government/courier if a single jacket is returned, sick, isn't it. It is not worth changing because we would have to pay a $75 "change" fee and submit a mountain of paperwork. Anyway, bottom line is, use the POSTAL SYSTEM, it is inexpensive, reliable and there are no duties or brokerage charges.
